All orders are shipped within 24 hours pending stock availability.
Shipping: We ship all orders by UPS standard ground
service within the continental United States. For faster service, we can ship UPS next day, second day, or three-day
select for an additional fee.
Minimum Order: $200.00 per Public Safety and Security
purchase order. Add 10% surcharge for less than minimum orders.
Payment Method: Approved net 30 day account, COD company
check, COD certified check, wire transfers, and prepaid orders.We accept purchase orders on a net 30- day basis
from City, State, and Federal Agencies, we do not accept credit cards at this time.
Inspection: Please inspect your order upon receipt for
quality and accuracy. Contact us immediately if there are any problems with your order.
Return Policy: Contact our Sales Department within 10
days of receipt for assistance if any garments are to be returned for any reason. No returns will be accepted without
a Return Authorization Number. You cannot return garments if they have been altered, screen printed, emblems stitched
on, or if the garments have been worn or laundered.
Restocking Fee: There is a 15% restocking fee for returned
garments if reasons are no fault of CAMO Distributors.
